Questions being raised on UP Police after death of journalist Vikram Joshi | Panchnama

Journalist Vikram Joshi died on Wednesday after being shot by miscreants over an eve-teasing incident.

A CCTV footage showed Joshi's bike being intercepted by a group of men who surrounded it and started pulling and hitting him. Vikram's two daughters can be seen running away when the bike falls.
