As the hunt for Kanpur encounter culprit Vikas Dubey is still underway, another video of his has surfaced. This video shows how Vikas Dubey used to threaten villagers quite often.

Meanwhile, at least 40 teams of Uttar Pradesh police are chasing the gangster but their efforts have yielded no results as of today. Earlier, three others were arrested in the Kanpur encounter case.
