Delhi: Who is responsible for massive fire accident? | Panchnama Full

Delhi on a cold Sunday morning woke up to a blaze in an industrial unit, located in a residential area flouting all norms, in which as many as 43 people were killed. Many people are still fighting for their lives in the aftermath of the inferno at an unauthorised bag manufacturing factory in the national capital, the incident figures among the most serious fire mishaps that the country has witnessed over the last 25 years. As political leaders rushed to announce competitive compensation packages to the victims, the real question still remains unanswered - who is responsible for this massive fire accident?
