Voices demanding safety of women continue to grow louder within the country as there was no let-up in protests over the gruesome act, even on Monday. Protests were held for a third consecutive day in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Delhi and other states demanding death penalty for the four accused in the case. 
The 25-year-old veterinarian was gang-raped and murdered by four truck drivers and cleaners near a toll gate on Outer Ring Road at Shamshabad on the outskirts of Hyderabad on November 27.
