WB: Police arrest 40 youth leaders of BJP for protesting against Dilip's convoy attack

In West Bengal, the police have arrested 40 youth leaders of BJP for protesting against the Dilip Ghosh convoy attack.
The police arrested the protesters in Siliguri.
