Mukhtar Ansari being shifted as a common prisoner; Police' convoy enters Haryana | Matrubhumi

UP Police convoy has reached Karnal in Haryana. Amid heavy security, the police convoy is traveling towards Uttar Pradesh's Banda Jail. In terms of security, round-the-clock arrangements have been made. There is also a team of doctors in the ambulance with the UP Police.

Mukhtar Ansari is lodged in Ropar Jail of Punjab since 24 January 2019. He is returning in Uttar Pradesh after 26 months.
