Is China planning a cyber-attack on India?

A few days back, BSF caught a Chinese intruder Junwei Han at the India-Bangladesh international border in the Malda district of West Bengal. He was trying to cross the border illegally. He was carrying a Bangladesh visa, a laptop, and three mobile phone SIM cards. Well, this indicates a possible cyberattack by China.
