When Kerala Guv paused to read a 'disclaimer' | Masterstroke (29.01.2020)

Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan faced blockade of MLAs inside the assembly. As soon as the governor entered the hall, the MLAs started protesting against Citizenship Amendment Act.

They raised slogans in Hindi as well. After a while, the governor delivered his speech but before reading a particular para, Arif declared that he did not 'hold the view'.
