Delhi's ruling AAP had announced it has suspended its Municipal Councillor Tahir Hussain, who has been accused of being involved in the northeast Delhi violence and also been booked in the murder case of an Intelligence Bureau staffer.
The Delhi High Court on Thursday gave the central government time till April 13 to file a counter affidavit on a petition seeking the arrest of three BJP leaders including Kapil Mishra for inciting violence in northeast Delhi.
