RTI reveals existence of 14 on-paper only madarsas in UP | Ghanti Bajao

The RTI had revealed that there are only 14 madrasas whose names are registered in the portal, but they do not exist in reality. There is no claimant manager or managing committee of these madrasas. 14 madrasas are running irregularly and illegally. They neither have any buildings nor management, while grants in crores was being given by the Government.
