25% of the people are not yet aware to take the benefits under Ayushman Bharat. The beneficiaries do not know that the mere congratulatory message sent by the Prime Minister will not provide the free benefit of health services. Apart from Covid, patients who were suffering from other diseases during this period also faced difficulty in treatment under the Ayushman scheme, sick people alleged that they did not get any benefit from the Ayushman card.
