‘My Daughter Made Her Husband Prime Minister Of UK': Rishi Sunak's Mother-In-Law Sudha Murty

Rishi Sunak's mother-in-law said that my daughter was the reason for Sunak's rapid rise to power, making him the youngest British prime minister.

UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's mother-in-law Sudha Murty said that her daughter, Akshata Murty, "made her husband a Prime Minister." His mother-in-law stated that my daughter was the reason for Sunak's rapid rise to power, making him the youngest British prime minister. In a video that is going viral on the internet, Sunak's mother-in-law Sudha Murty claimed that Sunak became the UK's youngest prime minister as a result of her daughter.

Murty can be heard saying, "I made my husband a businessman. My daughter made her husband Prime Minister of the UK.."

"The reason is the glory of the wife. See how a wife can change a husband. But I could not change my husband. I made my husband a businessman, and my daughter made her husband a Prime Minister," said Sudha Murty in an Instagram post.

Rishi Sunak wedded Akshata Murty in 2009, and the Prime Minister made a quick rise to power in the years that ensued.

The daughter of one of the world's richest tycoons and with an individual fortune of around Pound 730 million, Akshata Murty is an influential woman. Similar secrecy was maintained by her Indian parents, who run a tech company with a billion-dollar valuation.

Narayana Murthy, father of Akshata Murty is one of India's richest men and founder of the Infosys tech company.

PM Sunak, Wife Akshata To Lead With UK Flag At King Charles III’s Coronation

The British flag will be carried by a high-ranking Royal Air Force (RAF) cadet at the Coronation ceremony of King Charles III at Westminster Abbey in London on May 6 by British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and his wife Akshata Murty, Buckingham Palace said on Friday.

The palace also confirmed that Indian-origin peers will be participating in the historic event when the 74-year-old monarch and wife Camilla are formally crowned. These details were included in a series of details about the ceremonial roles that will be performed.

As they hand over key components of the royal regalia to King Charles, they will act as representatives of the Hindu, Sikh, and Muslim faiths. One of the first processions into the Abbey will be led by representatives of various faiths, keeping with the Christian ceremony's theme of diversity and inclusion.

The palace stated, "The first processions into Westminster Abbey will be made up of faith leaders and faith representatives followed shortly afterwards by representatives from His Majesty’s Realms."

"Flags of each Realm will be carried by national representatives accompanied by the Governors General and Prime Ministers. Bearing the flag of the United Kingdom ahead of Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and Mrs Akshata Murty will be Cadet Warrant Officer Elliott Tyson-Lee,” it said.

The day's ceremonial duties include presenting the items to the King and Queen and carrying the regalia in the procession. As recently uncovered, Ruler Narendra Babubhai Patel, 84, will address the Hindu confidence and hand over the Sovereign's Ring to Charles.
