Wedding photoshoots have become an integral part of ceremonies like sangeet and haldi as the videos help you to preserve and keep alive every little detail of the ceremony. One such video featuring a Hyderabad police couple has gone viral on social media sparking debate about the appropriate use of authority.
Shared on the microblogging site X, formerly Twitter, the 2-minute video opens to show a lady police officer entering a police station wearing uniform and music playing in the background like a scene from Bollywood movie. Soon the male officer enters the premise in a similar fashion, and as he comes out of the car he spots the lady officer and scene changes to the couple singing and dancing in picturesque locations of Hyderabad like Charminar and the Laad Bazaar.
Immediately after being shared the clip went viral with people having mixed reaction about the photoshoot. While some criticised the couple for 'misusing' police property for making a personal video, others congratulated and lauded them.

Police Commissioner (Hyderabad) CV Anand, also took to appreciate the couple's excitement but admitted that the video was a "little embarrassing"
"I have seen mixed reactions to this. Honestly, they seem to be a little overexcited about their marriage and that’s great news, though a little embarrassing. Policing is a very very tough job, especially for ladies. And she finding a spouse in the department is an occasion for all of us to celebrate," wrote Anand.
"I don't know how much of public money was used but this looks cool!!! Good Video guys!," commented one user on the post.
"excellent photography and song selections (tamil, hindu, telugu). Another hero in the making for Pan Indian movies," wrote another user.
While a third wrote, "They r using public property for personal use absolutely wrong."
"This is not in good taste and should be discouraged for all government servants. There is a code but there should be a rule/law stating a no in uniform," wrote a fourth.
