Anand Mahindra Reacts To Picture Of His Lookalike, Says 'We Were Separated During...'

One seeing the post one user jokingly wrote, "Meet 'Dukhi Mahindra' non-billionaire version of Anand Mahindra."

Business tycoon Anand Mahindra is an avid social media user and has close to 11 million followers for whom he keeps sharing creative, inspirational and motivational thoughts, This time the 68-year-old industrialist reacted to a picture of his doppelganger shared on the internet.

"@anandmahindra You too can get shocked after seeing this person. My colleague from Pune, lookalike Anand Mahindra," reads the caption of the post shared microbloggign site X, formerly Twitter, by username PJ.

Mahindra responded to the tweet in a witty manner and wrote, "Looks like we were separated  during some Mela in our childhood...".

Since being shared the post has amassed 1.5 million views and over a hundred likes. Many X users noticed the uncanny resemblance and took to the comments section to write how identical both looked.

One seeing the post one user jokingly wrote, "Meet 'Dukhi Mahindra' non-billionaire version of Anand Mahindra."

"He looks like exactly like ur digital twin lost in Kumbh ka mela," commented another user.

"It's incredible how life has a way of weaving connections. Wishing you both a joyful reunion!," wrote a third.

"Unbelievable. I was stunned upon seeing it, my goodness, what a combination of faces. Oh my, amazing!" added a fourth.

"If he goes to court, you will have to prove he is not your brother," another user joked.

In somewhat similar incident, Mahindra while in New York recently stumbled upon a snack packet called the Bombay mixture, a popular type of namkeen enjoyed by Indians, in a store, while roaming the city. What attracted his attention towards the snack was the brand name on the packaging: "Anand."

He took a picture of the mixture and shared it on the microblogging site X with a humorous caption that read, "Encountered in New York. Lawyers tell me I would not be successful in suing for brand violation…"

This post by Mahindra had also gone viral.
