'Was Not Able To Perform My Duties In Party': Boora Narsaiah Goud After Resigning From TRS
It is to be noted that Goud has already met BJP Telangana in-charge Tarun Chugh several times and also met national president JP Nadda on Friday.
New Delhi: Former Telangana Rashtriya Samithi (TRS) MP Boora Narsaiah Goud, after resigning from the party on Saturday, alleged that he was not able to perform his duties and was not even consulted on the decision to start Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS).
The former MP resigned from the party in a letter to Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.
“I did not criticise the CM (KCR) in my resignation letter. I only wrote facts. I've been through a lot of pain while separating from this family (TRS). I was in TRS because of personal relations or else I would have left the party much before,” news agency ANI quoted Goud as saying.

“As a politician, I was not able to do my duties in the party (TRS). He (KCR) started BRS without consulting or informing us. We got to know about this through the news. So, we do not know the agenda of the party,” he added.
Goud said that despite being a successful medical practitioner, he had joined the struggle for a separate Telangana state in the year 2009, but recent developments related to the Munugode bypoll had made him feel that the party no longer needed him.
According to the ANI report, he is expected to join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) soon, though the leader has not made any such announcement.
