Telangana: TS EdCET 2022 To Be Held Tomorrow

The final year degree examination candidates are also eligible to appear for TS Ed.CET-2022. 

Hyderabad: Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test-2022 (TS Ed.CET-2022) exam will be conducted on Tuesday (July 26) for admissions for the B.Ed course in colleges in Telangana.

Officials said that 38,091 candidates have applied for the TS Ed.CET, which would be conducted in three sessions. 39 examination centres have been set up across the state for conducting the test. Apart from Telangana, two examination centres have been set up in Kurnool and Vijayawada of Andhra Pradesh.

According to a press release, candidates who have registered for TS Ed.CET-2022 and have not downloaded their hall tickets can do so through the website https://edcet.tsche.ac.in

Additionally, candidates were instructed to find and arrive at the examination centre 90 minutes prior to the start of the exam. They should fully adhere to the Covid protocols, and centres will perform temperature thermal screening.

According to the notification, students who have passed any bachelor's degree or Master's degree with at least 50 per cent aggregate marks are eligible to write the exam. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with Science and Mathematics with 50 per cent aggregate marks or any other qualification equivalent to it can write the exam. However, candidates belonging to the reserved categories viz., SC/ ST/BC and Physically Challenged categories should have secured 40 per cent marks in the qualifying examination are eligible.

The final year degree examination candidates are also eligible to appear for TS Ed.CET-2022.
