Motorola Edge 50 Ultra Details Surface In New Leak. Expected Specs, Colours, More

The leaked renders of the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra depict the phone in Peach Fuzz and Black colours with a vegan leather finish.

Handset maker Motorola has officially confirmed the launch of the Edge 50 Pro on April 3, and while renders of the Moto Edge 50 Fusion surfaced earlier this week, renders of the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, the flagship smartphone in the Edge 50 series, have also surfaced. The leaked renders of the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra depict the phone in Peach Fuzz and Black colours with a vegan leather finish while the Beige variant, named Sisal, seems to have a brushed finish.

It is rumoured that the phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, contrasting with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 in the Pro model and the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 in the Edge 50 Fusion.

According to a report by Android Headlines, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is expected to be available in three colours: Beige, Black and Peach Fuzz. The report also revealed design renders of the model in these colour options. Additionally, it mentioned that in certain markets, the phone will be released under the name Moto X50 Ultra. Interestingly, the Moto X50 Ultra has already been teased in China and is anticipated to debut shortly.

The leaked design renders of the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra also display the date April 3 on the lock screen. Similarly, an earlier leak concerning the Edge 50 Pro model also featured the same date, indicating it as the probable launch date. Subsequently, the company scheduled the India launch of the Motorola Edge 50 Pro for April 3.

According to the report, it is likely that the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra will debut alongside the Pro model, with the possibility of the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion also making an appearance.

The leaked renders reveal that the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra bears a resemblance to the Motorola Edge 50 Pro. Both the black and peach variants of the model feature a faux leather back panel, housing a raised rectangular rear camera module with a glossy finish. In contrast, the beige option showcases a textured rear panel, with the rear camera bump seamlessly blending into the design, instead of being a distinct island.

Motorola Edge 50 Pro India Launch Details

Meanwhile, Motorola is gearing up for the launch of its latest smartphone in India, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro. The company has officially announced that the unveiling of the Motorola Edge 50 Pro will take place on April 3. Ahead of the launch, the smartphone has made its appearance on e-commerce site Flipkart. In addition to confirming the launch date, Motorola has provided insights into some of the device's key specifications.
