Talent acquisition and retention continue to be major concerns for companies across the globe. The demand for particular next-gen skills is getting harder to meet, which makes hiring more difficult. By 2026, India will require 30 million workers with digital skills, according to a forecast by Teamlease. In this regard, organisations are actively looking for specialised channels to acquire highly trained professionals to address business difficulties in a more dynamic business environment as talent fitment is difficult to achieve. Remote hiring has emerged as a viable solution to bridge this talent gap, enabling organisations to access a wider pool of talent beyond geographical limitations.
