'Nitin Gadkari Played Vital Role In Developing India's Infrastructure': CM Yogi At Global Investor’s Summit In Lucknow

UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath said that Union minister Nitin Gadkari has played an important role in the development of India's infrastructure under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership.

Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath said on Saturday that Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari has played an important role in the development of India's infrastructure under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership. "This infrastructure shows how we can develop future infrastructure," said the chief minister, speaking about E-mobility, Vehicles, and Future Mobility.

"Earlier from Delhi to Meerut it used to take 3 hours now it takes 45 minutes. Whether it’s a person or a society, if we don’t move forward with time, we won’t be able to develop": CM Yogi Adityanath was quoted as saying by the news agency ANI.

Further talking about the future planning of the state towards developing green energy and electronic vehicles, Yogi said: "In the field of electronic vehicles, our future planning includes developing infrastructure to use ethanol, green energy & hydrogen energy. Uttar Pradesh has the most number of e-vehicles in terms of auto rickshaws".

"We are planning to build an e-vehicle charging station every 20-25 km of distance. The government & state government is focusing on developing electric vehicle & hydrogen energy for future demands to develop these technologies with a vision," the chief minister added.

Yogi Adityanath further said that hydrogen energy is very expensive presently, "we must try to focus on extensive infrastructure to develop these technologies with a vision," according to ANI. 

Global Investor’s Summit In Lucknow:

The Government of Uttar Pradesh's flagship investment summit is the UP Global Investors Summit 2023. The major event will bring together policymakers, industry executives, academia, think tanks, and leaders from around the world to explore commercial prospects and form alliances.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi opened the summit, which was attended by UP Governor Anandiben Patel, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and other industrialists. A total of 34 sessions are scheduled to take place at the summit. Ten sessions will be held on the first day, thirteen on the second, and eleven on the final day.
