The video of Wasim Akram's bowling has gone viral on social media. Although his run-up has become shorter than before, his ability to bowl yorkers with sheer precision is still intact.
New Delhi: Pakistan legend Wasim Akram is considered one of the greatest bowlers of all time. The former Pakistan cricket team skipper may have turned 56 but he showcased that he still hasn't run out of gas when it comes to bowling lethal in-swinging yorkers. Akram was participating in a celebrity charity match played in memory of former Australia cricketer Shane Warne. It was during this event when Akram turned back the clock to bowl a precise inswinging yorker, rattling former England captain Michael Atherton's stumps to get him clean bowled.
The video of Akram's bowling has been shared via the official Twitter handle of Cricket District. Although Akram's run-up has become shorter than before, his ability to bowl yorkers with sheer precision is still intact.
