Pakistan bowling legend Wasim Akram managed to once again hog limelight after venting out his frustration in response to a fan query, which as per Akram, was 'crap'.

T20 World Cup 2022: Pakistan legend Wasim Akram has been in the news of late for his straightforward, no-nonsense opinions, especially after Pakistan's shock loss against Zimbabwe in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia. The veteran managed to once again hog limelight after venting out his frustration in response to a fan query, which as per Akram, was 'crap'.

The incident took place when Wasim Akram, while working as a cricket expert on-air, was asked to answer a fan's question during a live show. A user asked Akram about Mohammad Rizwan's lip balm. "Why Rizwan keeps wearing lip balm when not many from any other country wear it?” the fans asked.

"This is just a random question. It is not even related to cricket. Don’t you guys have something better to do? I can’t answer this crap," a fuming Wasim Akram replied.

Talking about Pakistan, Babar Azam & Co. have managed to win just one out of three matches they played in T20 World Cup. Pakistan lost their first two games against India and Zimbabwe. The team attained its first win in the tournament after defeating Netherlands by six wickets. Pakistan's chances of making it to the next round now depends on a lot of other factors apart from winning all their remaining matches. They are currently in fifth spot in Points Table in Group 2.
