Rohit Sharma is suddently being trolled because of what happenend in Paris Olympics 2024. Even though cricket is still not part of the Olympic Games and will feature in the 2028 Summer Games, fans are trolling India's ODI and Test captain after wrestler Vinesh Phogat was robbed off a medal post being found overweight by 100 grams before her Women's Freestyle Wrestling 50 kg gold medal bout.
Soon after the news shook the sports fans across the country, social media users have started targetting Rohit over his fitness. X user Benedict Kumbakaran bearing the handle @b_kumbakaran wrote, "Luckily, Rohit Sharma is not required to check his weight every day before a cricket match." Another X account with the handle @CrazyVibes_1 said in a post: "Rohit Sharma is playing with overweight for the years and vinesh phogat disqualified for just having 100 gm overweight."

Even as trolls continue to target him over his fitness, Rohit has been in blistering form in a series where runs have been hard to come by. While he scored 58 off 47 in the 1st ODI, he made 64 off 44 in the second.
