Paris Olympics 2024, Day 10: It was a disappointing day for India who came close to medals but could not add to their tally with Lakshya Sen losing the bronze medal match after taking lead.
Paris Olympics 2024, Day 10: It was another medalless day for India at the Paris Olympic Games 2024. It was another day of missed opportunities and heartbreaks. While India's Lakshya Sen was already slated to play the bronze medal match, Maheshwari Chauhan and Anantjeet Singh Naruka had also qualified for the mixed skeet team bronze medal earlier in the day.
However, in a span of a few minutes, India lost both their medal opportunities with the Indian team losing 43-44 to Chinese pair of Jiang Yiting/Lyu Jianlin of China in the shooting final and Sen succumbing to a defeat against Lee Zii Jia 21-13, 16-21, 11-21.
