'He’s Got More Grey Hair After...’: Jayawardene To Rohit Sharma As The Duo Meet Ahead Of IPL 2022

Talking about recently-concluded Sri Lanka's tour of India, under Rohit's captaincy, Sri Lanka suffered a 0-3 clean sweep in the T20I series and then suffered a 0-2 loss in the two-match Test series.

Mumbai Indians in IPL 2022: Few days are left for the start of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022. After winning the two-match Test series 2-0 against Sri Lanka, Team India captain Rohit Sharma joined his IPL team Mumbai Indians.

Both Rohit and Jasprit Bumrah have joined the Mumbai Indians soon after finishing the home series against Sri Lanka. Rohit, under whose captaincy Mumbai Indians won the IPL title record five times, met the coaching staff. The senior batter met Mahela Jayawardene, former Sri Lankan cricketer and head coach of Mumbai Indians.

"He’s got more grey hair after beginning the captaincy,” Jayawardene can be heard saying in a video posted by the Mumbai Indians on Twitter.

The last season was not good for Mumbai Indians as the team could not even make it to the playoffs. Rohit would definitely like to make a tremendous comeback this year.
