Kuldeep Yadav Caught In The Middle Of Controversy After Receiving Covid-19 Vaccine At Unscheduled Location

Indian spinner Kuldeep Yadav on Saturday received his first dose of Covid-19 vaccine after which he's caught in the middle of a controversy. Kanpur district administration has ordered an inquiry into the allegation that Kuldeep Yadav was given Covid-19 vaccine at an unscheduled location, and not at hospital where he had booked a slot.
Prime Minister Modi and UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had visited the hospital to get vaccinated. In such a situation, people are raising questions as to why the protocol for taking Covid-19 vaccine has been broken by Kuldeep Yadav. Kanpur DM has said that an inquiry has been ordered in the case and if found guilty, appropriate action will be taken.

Sharing the picture on social media, he appealed to people to get vaccinated immediately.
"Get vaccinated immediately whenever you get a chance. Be safe because you need to be united in the fight against COVID-19," the spinner tweeted in Hindi.
Kanpur DM Alok Tiwari has taken cognizance of the case. He has ordered the top officials to investigate the matter. On the allegations of giving VIP treatment to Kuldeep, the DM said, "Vaccination is being given to everyone under the protocols. No one is getting VIP treatment. The matter has come to our attention, we will investigate it at the earliest and take appropriate action."
