Defending champions Chennai Super Kings' journey in the IPL 2022 will begin with the match against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Wankhede Stadium on March 26.
New Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Sunday released the complete schedule of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022. The first match of the 10-team IPL season will be played between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders.
Meanwhile, ahead of the start of the cash-rich T20 league, official broadcaster Star Sports launched a new promo featuring superstar MS Dhoni. In the hilarious promo, the CSK skipper can be seen dressed up as an old man watching the IPL with his family.

The full schedule of all the matches of the league stage of IPL 2022 has been released. A total of 70 league matches will be played from 26 March to 22 May. However, the venue and dates of the four playoff matches have not been announced yet. The final match will be held on May 29.
