The Delhi Capitals have a power-packed squad in this year's Indian Premier League (IPL 2022) With a young and fearless Rishabh Pant at the helm of affairs and Ricky Ponting as the guiding light, the DC side is up for a challenge to secure their first-ever title. 

Delhi Capitals were one of the busiest teams in the auction. They bid for Shikhar Dhawan, R Ashwin and Kagiso Rabada, but failed to get either of them back due to their constrained purse. The loss of Dhawan will not affect them so much as they acquired David Warner at a bargain price (INR 6.25 crore)
