Harsha Bhogle Makes Rare Mistake On Air, Addresses MI's Hrithik Shokeen As Hrithik Roshan During IPL Eliminator
Harsha Bhogle was on-air at the end of the MI innings but while addressing Mumbai's Hrithik Shokeen, he mistakenly referred to him as Hrithik Roshan who happens to be a Bollywood actor.
The Indian Premier League (IPL) Eliminator is a high-pressure fixture for all those who participate in it. Not only do the players feel the heat but even those who officiate this game are under immense pressure. The level of pressure might be of a different kind for the broadcasters but it is certainly higher for them on the night of a crunch game like this than other others. And commentator Harsha Bhogle too made a rare mistake on-air in this crucial game.
The renowned commentator was on-air at the end of the MI innings but while addressing Mumbai's Hrithik Shokeen, he mistakenly referred to him as Hrithik Roshan who happens to be a Bollywood actor. The incident did not go unnoticed as several fans pointed that out to him on Twitter.
Take a look at some of the reactions here:

Talking about the match, Mumbai Indians (MI) handed a cracking 81-run defeat to the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai to proceed to Qualifier 2 and knock LSG out of the competition. After winning the toss, MI captain Rohit Sharma decided to bat first and the team posted 182/8 riding on Cameron Green's 41 off 23, Suryakumar Yadav's 33 off 20 and a good little cameo towards the end by Nehal Wadhera (23 off 12).
In response, even though LSG were at a decent position at one stage, they were eventually bowled out for 101 with Akash Madhwal returning with figures of 5/5. MI were superb on the field as well and affected three run-outs which tells a story in itself. However, Shokeen did not personally have a great game and bowled just one over which went for 18 runs. MI will now meet Gujarat Titans (GT) in Qualifier 2.
