Ahead of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 Auction, here are the six fast bowlers who are expected to command big bids, thanks to their impressive records and established reputations in international cricket.

New Zealand's premier pacer Trent Boult is set to be one of the most in-demand pacers in IPL 2025 auction. His stellar international and IPL records make him a valuable asset for any team. With 121 wickets in 103 IPL matches, the Kiwi star is likely to command a massive bid during IPL 2025 Auction.

Arshdeep Singh played a crucial role in India's T20 World Cup win this year, but surprisingly, Punjab Kings (PBKS) decided not to retain him. In this year's IPL season, Arshdeep picked 19 wickets. With a base price of Rs 2 crore, this experienced pacer, who has been part of the IPL since 2019, is expected to secure a hefty bid in IPL 2025 Auction.

Australian pacer Mitchell Starc, so far the most expensive player in IPL history, has entered IPL 2025 Auction with a base price of Rs 2 crore. He was acquired by Kolkata Knight Riders for a record-breaking Rs 24.75 crore for this year's IPL season and was a key contributor in their championship win, claiming 17 wickets in 14 matches. With an impressive IPL career total of 51 wickets in 41 games, the 34-year-old is expected to spark intense bidding, exceeding Rs 15 crore.

Mohammed Shami, one of the marquee players, has entered the IPL 2025 Auction with a base price of Rs 2 crore. Released by Gujarat Titans, Shami has proved his form in recent Ranji Trophy matches, making him a prime target for teams. With 79 wickets in 77 IPL matches, the veteran is expected to ignite a firce bidding war in IPL 2025 Auction.

Harshal Patel, Purple Cap winner of the 2024 season of IPL, was outstanding for Punjab Kings, taking 24 wickets in 14 matches. Despite his impressive run, the franchise decided not to retain him. Previously signed for Rs 12 crore, Patel is now expected to attain a price exceeding Rs 15 crore in IPL 2025 Auction.
