'1000 Days': Indian Fans Hit Back After Barmy Army Trolls Virat Kohli Over Century Drought
Virat Kohli, going through the worst phase of his career, may not have been able to score a century for quite some time, but his record in international cricket is quite remarkable.
New Delhi: It has been 1,000 days since the Indian cricket team's former captain Virat Kohli scored a century in international cricket. The last time Virat scored an international century was on 23rd November 2019. The RCB legend had then scored 136 runs on the second day of the Kolkata Test match against Bangladesh. This was Kohli's 70th century at the international level.
Meanwhile, taking a sly dig at Virat's century drought, England's Barmy Army trolled the senior batter as he completed 1000 days in international cricket without scoring a century. The Barmy Army, via its official Twitter handle, tweeted, '1000 days.'

The tweet went viral on social media in no time and it did not go down well with the Indian fans who made sure to come up with some brutal replies, showing their unconditional support to an under-fire Virat.
3,532 days since England last won any format series against India in India. 😉
