The gesture was so wholesome that it brought the teen sensation in tears and was comforted by fellow teammates, as the team celebrated its progression to Round of 16. The Portuguese player was brought into the team last summer, as a replacement for departing Enzo Fernandes, who left the club in an ugly manner for Premier League side Chelsea FC, and has now become an undisputed starter in the side, and is already linked with summer moves to Arsenal and Manchester United.
