Bundesliga 2023/24: Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman has lost his iconic record of winning a league title in every season of his professional footballing career, as Bayer Leverkusen have dethroned Bayern Munich as champions of Germany. Bayern Munich’s dominance started from their historic treble-winning season of 2012/13 and have gone on a stretch of 11 consecutive title-winning seasons. This also means that Bayern Munich have won at least one piece of silverware every season and are on verge of going trophyless for the first time since 2013.

This also means that Kingsley Coman will lose his title-winning streak, which started from 2013, as he won 2 league titles with PSG, 2 with Juventus, and 8 with Bayern Munich, and the French winger sees an end to a terrific record that hardly seemed breakable, given the dominance of Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga.

Kingsley Coman has had a tremendous, yet, injury-prone career so far, as the 27-year old forward has won it all at the club level. However, the French winger hasn't had a memorable international career so far, as he was injured before the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia, which France ended up winning, and Coman missed out on the ultimate prize.

When the player was fit and selected for 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar, he didn't do much and more salt were added to the wounds as he went on to miss the decisive penalty kick in the penalty shoot out of the FIFA World Cup Final, as Argentina beat France 4-2 on penalties.
