The 23-year old Haq broke the record of Salim Malik, who achieved the feat at the age of 24.
Haq also became the eleventh Pakistani batsman to score a century at the World Cup and joined an elite list of former great like Saeed Anwar, Rameez Raja, Aamir Sohail, Javed Miandad.
