New Delhi: Pakistan continued its impressive run of form to beat new-look Sri Lanka by seven wickets in the first Twenty20 international on Thursday.

Pace sensation and the current world No.1 bowler- Hasan Ali stole the limelight as he returned with his career best 3-23 to decimate the Sri Lankan side, again, this time in a T20 match. But, one delivery of his fierce spell became the talking point of the match.

In the 13th over of the Lankan innings, Sachith Pathirana was beaten by a low length delivery from Hasan Ali. After taking edge with the bat, the ball hit his pads and landed near the stumps but the batsman had no clue about ball’s whereabouts as he kept searching in different directions.

Ali, mocked Pathirana, walking up to him and acted as if he has caught the ball and later picking it up from the ground.

But, it did not take a long as Ali set Pathirana packing on the very next ball and celebrated with trademark style
