WATCH: Despite losing 1st T20I to India, England celebrates in dressing room

England cricketer celebrated massively after getting back to the dressing room and the video was shared on social media

England were high on confidence after defeating Australia in a 5-match ODI series and only T20I. However, they failed to continue the same when it came to facing India.

The India tour of England commenced on July 3 at Old Trafford, Manchester. Batting first, the hosts posted 159 in their quota of 20 overs. But thanks to Kuldeep Yadav’s 5-fer and then KL Rahul’s unbeaten 101-run knock which helped India beat the Englishmen by 8 wickets.

Despite this defeat, the England cricketer celebrated massively after getting back to the dressing room and the video was shared on social media.

The English cricketers erupted in joy after their national football team defeated Columbia in the ongoing FIFA World Cup 2018. After drawing the pre-quarters game 1-1, Harry Kane and his men beat the opponents 4-3 in the penalty shoot-out.

This victory led England into the quarter-finals where they will play Sweden on July 07.

On the other hand, India lead the 3-match T20I series 1-0. The 2^nd match is scheduled to be played on Friday at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff.
