Legendary wicket-keeper batsman MS Dhoni, who recently announced his retirement from international cricket, will be seen leading the Chennai Super Kings in the IPL 2020, set to take place in United Arab Emirates (UAE) from September 19. After many requests from fans on social media, the official twitter handle of CSK finally shared a glimpse of Mahi batting in the nets during their training camp in Chennai. In the video, Dhoni is delivering some big hits to the likes of likes of Piyush Chawla and Deepak Chahar into the stands.
"The super camp sorely missed the super fans, thanks to COVID. But we managed to end it with a loud whistle!" CSK shared the clip on social media in which veteran all-rounder Suresh Raina can be seen cheering Dhoni.The Indian players of Chennai Super Kings took part in the six-day long conditioning camp (August 15 to August 2. CSK has organised a special chartered plane to ferry its members travelling to the UAE on Friday.The super camp sorely missed the super fans, thanks to COVID. Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote appreciation letter to former India skipper MS Dhoni and former star middle-order batsman Raina after they announced retirement from international cricket on India's 74th Independence Day, August 15.
