ICC T20I Rankings: India's star batsman KL Rahul has slipped to the sixth position in the Batsmen's list in the International Cricket Council (ICC) Men's T20 Rankings, released on Wednesday while Virat Kohli retains his stand at the eighth position.
Rahul, who scored a half-century in India's last three matches of the T20 World Cup, currently has 727 points but has slipped by one position. Rahul, who was appointed vice-captain of the Indian T20 team, scored 69, 50 and 54 not out against Afghanistan, Scotland and Namibia respectively. However, India was eliminated at the Super 12 stage of the tournament itself.
