AUS vs WI: Shamar Joseph scalped 7/68 as West Indies beat Australia by 8 runs at the Gabba in Brisbane to taste a first Test win in 27 Years on Australian soil.

West Indies scripted a historic Test match win over Australia at the Gabba in Brisbane on Sunday (January 28). This was the first time in 27 years that West Indies managed to taste a Test match win on Australian soil. At the centre of West Indies' 8-run victory Australia was Shamar Joseph who scalped 7 wickets for 68 runs after not bowling a single over on Day 3 due to a suspected toe fracture. The win helped West Indies square off the two-match series 1-1.

Following West Indies' remarkable win, netizens went crazy. Fans and cricketers at the venue celebrated the win with West Indian legend Brian Lara in tears in the commentary box.  Carl Hooper was also shedding tears of joy as the Men from the Caribbean Island got the better of Australia at their own backyard.
