Rishabh Pant Enjoys Makeshift Golf With Suryakumar Yadav: India's wicketkeeper-batter was seen sharing a light-hearted moment with Suryakumar Yadav.

Rishabh Pant, the wicketkeeper-batter, who is all set to make his international comeback post a long injury layoff after he sustaind a near-fatal car crash in December 2023, in the forthcoming T20 World Cup 2024. Team India are all set to take take on Ireland in their T20 World Cup 2024 opener against Ireland on June 5 (Wendesday) and ahead of the match Pant seems to be enjoying himself with his teammates.

In his recent social media post, Pant can be seen enjoying a game of makeshift golf with his India teammate Suryakumar Yadav. He accompanied the post with a witty caption: "What a 'put'nership.

Rishabh Pant Set To Be India's Preferred Wicketkeeper-Batter In T20 World Cup 2024

Meanwhile, Pant is set to be India's preferred wicketkeeper-batter in the T20 World Cup 2024. India have gone ahead with Sanju Samson and Pant as the two wicketkeeper-batters for their campaign in the United States of America (USA) and the Caribbean islands. With  Samson best suited in the top three but the top-order packed with Rohit Sharma, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Virat Kohli, Pant is expected to feature in the middle-order.

India will play three of their four group stage matches in New York. Ireland, Pakistan and USA are the three teams that they play in New York while India vs Canada is scheduled to take place at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground, Lauderhill in Florida. All of India's group stage matches are set to commence at 08:00 pm (Indian Standard Time).
