LLC 2024 Final: Southern Super Stars defeated Konark Suryas Odisha in the final of the Legends League Cricket 2024 to be crowned the inaugural champions of the league. The win came via a thrilling super-over, where the former prevailed, thanks to heroics from Kiwi legend Martin Guptill.

Watch below the highlights of the thrilling super over and the winning moment:

Here's What Two Captains Said During Post-Match Presentation Ceremony

Kedar Jadhav (Southern Super Stars Captain):

"Feeling top of the world and I mean it because we are at a high altitude place. Credit to the whole team, coaches and management who were amazing through out the tournament. It was a thrilling finish and fit for a finale, it's great for the audience to watch such matches. Yusuf batted well but our bowlers got us back into the game and we ended up on the winning side. Going with Hamid, was the easiest decision because the opposition finds him difficult to face."

"All credit goes to our coaching team and support staff, they have been working hard with the players, they deserve this more than us. We are going to celebrate, most of us have an early morning flight tomorrow and now we have a reason to not sleep."

Irfan Pathan (Konark Suryas Odisha Captain):

"We still had a chance. Anything above 10 in a super over is good. Pathania missed out on yorker and Guptill was brilliant on form. He would never miss out on those. I think Yusuf's innings was one of the best in LLC and I can proudly say that. He played well for India as well. But he can hold this innings and heads up high. We can hold our head high and I will want to watch that innings over and over again."

"It's in our blood. We never give up due to our parents. We never gave up and we will always give our 100% no matter what the results are there. Hopefully, the body works really well. I do broadcasting work and keep myself focussed and do well for my team. We are going to do that. Hope to go for 3-5 years more."

"Can you believe that we were playing retired league. The atmosphere that we got in Kashmir and the adulation has been amazing. Thank You very much. Good to give it back to the people. Thank you and congratulations to the Super Stars. They were amazing today."
