KL Rahul Reveals His Secret To Source Of 'Fashion Inspiration', 'Healthy Diet'

KL Rahul revealed a secret on maintaining a healthy diet and a source of inspiration for his fashion.

During a Question & Answer session with fans on Twitter, team India batsman KL Rahul spoke about many things, both on and off the field. When asked on the social media platform, the 28-year-old wicketkeeper-batsman revealed a secret on maintaining a healthy diet and a source of inspiration for his fashion. "3 years ago I did a DNA test and found that most things I was eating, I was sensitive to. And what I wasn't eating, my body required. Every individual is different and the diet needs to be customized to one's body type. Currently, I have more carbs, try to avoid sugar, no dairy," Rahul said in reply to a tweet that read, "@klrahul11 what's your way of maintaining a healthy diet? #AskKL."

During the recent Q&A session, KL Rahul also recalled the moment he received his Test cap from ex-India skipper MS Dhoni. KL Rahul's post read: "It was a special and emotional moment for me. I never thought I would get a chance to play in the series and it was a special feeling to get that cap from MS Dhoni."
