IPL 2017: Mohammad Kaif joins Gujarat Lions

New Delhi: Former India cricketer Mohammad Kaif will join Gujarat Lions and will work with the IPL side as the assistant coach for the 10th edition.
Kaif will work with former Australia batsman and Gujarat Lions coach Brad Hodge. The news was confirmed via tweet from the official account of the Gujarat Lions.

The 36-year-old wias appointed as the captain of Chattisgarh side for this year’s Ranji Trophy. He has also played for Kings XI Punjab, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Royal Challengers Bangalore during his stint in the IPL.
Mohammad Kaif played 125 ODI’s in Indian colours where he scored 2753 runs.
