IND vs NZ Test Bengaluru, Day 1 Weather Forecast: Team India will continue their action-packed cricket season as the Men in Blue will go up against New Zealand for a three-match Test at home. The first IND vs NZ Test will start on October 16 (Wednesday) at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. During the recent Bangladesh series, fans saw India, led by Rohit Sharma, find ways to eke out a result in even rain-affected matches. However, they’d still want a full five days of play in the New Zealand Test at Chinnaswamy.

However, fans and teams may be in for some disappointment as the weather forecast for Bengaluru does not look promising on October 16, Day 1 of the first IND vs NZ Test.

Weather Forecast For Day 1 Of IND vs NZ Bengaluru Test

According to AccuWeather, the conditions in Bengaluru during the starting hours of the IND vs NZ Test will be cloudy with only 6% of rain chances and the temperature around 22 degrees Celsius. However, as the day proceeds, the chances of rain increase exponentially. At 1:00 PM IST, there are 51% chances of rain in Bengaluru with thunderstorms expected and 100% cloud cover.

The weather forecast remains similar for the IND vs NZ Test in Bengaluru up till 4:00 PM IST, when the chances of rain reduce to just 14%. However, the conditions are likely to remain cloudy with 100% cloud cover, according to AccuWeather.

The situation is expected to remain similar at 5:00 PM IST as well on Day 1 of the IND vs NZ Test at the M Chinnaswamy in Bengaluru.

Notably, to fans' dismay, the conditions are expected to become worse on Day 2 of the India vs New Zealand Test in Bengaluru with a 50% chance of rain forecasted for Thursday, for around the whole day.
