Ibrahim, Noor Ali Register Afghanistan's First Ever 100-Run Opening Stand In Tests
Ibrahim and Noor Ali registered the feat in Afghanistan's second innings against Sri Lanka. Here are the details.
Afghanistan Vs Sri Lanka Test Match: Afghanistan have made a strong comeback in the only Test match between Afghanistan and Sri Lanka as they have managed to put on a terrific batting batting display in the second innings on Day 3, after having a dismal outing on Day 1 as they were bundled out for merely 198 runs.
However, the Afghanistan opening pair of Noor Ali Zadran and Ibrahim Zadran managed to register an iconic feat in their opening partnership stand of 106, as the duo entered the history books being the first ever Afghani pair of batters to register a hundred-run+ stand at the opening position for the nation.
