New Delhi: The Jharkhand State Cricket Association stadium at Ranchi is hosting its first ever Test Match but the crowd has definitely missed its hero – MS Dhoni.

The former India captain did not upset the fans as he returned to his hometown to cheer the team which he led for 7 long years.

India dominated the first session as Australia suffered early shocks on the final day but it was Shaun Marsh and Peter Handscomb who stood tall in the middle to give the visitors some hope of saving the crucial 3rd Test match at Ranchi.

Dhoni led Jharkhand to Vijay Hazare Trophy semi-final but eventually losing to Bengal on Saturday.
