BCCI Announces India's U-19 Squad For Asia Cup 2021; Delhi's Yash Dhull To Lead
The ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup will be organized in the West Indies in January-February next year and that's why this tournament is being seen as a preparation for the World Cup.
New Delhi: The All India Junior Selection Committee of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced a 20-member Indian team for the Under-19 Asia Cup starting in the UAE from this month.
Apart from this, the committee has also announced a 25-member squad to be played at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru from December 11 to 19.
Both these tournaments are very important in terms of the Under-19 World Cup to be held in January-February next year. According to the BCCI, the Indian team for the Under-19 Cricket World Cup will be announced soon.
Know when and where Asia Cup 2021 will be played
According to the BCCI, the Under-19 Asia Cup will be organized in the UAE from December 23. The Indian team is a strong contender for this tournament and it has to be seen how the young players will perform.
