Australia to tour Pakistan: The Australian team will tour Pakistan in March-April next year. This will be Australia's first visit to Pakistan since 1998.

Australia to tour Pakistan: Australia's tour of Pakistan is in jeopardy. The Australian is not comfortable with the Pakistan tour, which will take place after 24 years. The Australian team captain Tim Paine has revealed this information. Paine said, "If we’re totally honest, there might be some people who aren’t comfortable going."

That’s happened before with tours going to other countries. There will be issues regarding this tour that will pop up. We'll discuss it. All players' questions will be answered. At the end of the day, it comes down to the individual." Tim Paine was part of the World XI team which took part in an exhibition series in Pakistan in 2017.

“There’ll be some guys who will be happy to take the experts’ advice and others will want to know a bit more,” Paine said on SEN on Tuesday morning. “If we’re totally honest, there might be some people who aren’t comfortable going regardless.

“That’s happened before with tours going to other countries going back forever. Again there are issues that will I’m sure pop up. We’ll discuss it, people get the right answers and feel comfortable, then we’ll get hopefully the best team we can. At the end of the day, it comes down to the individual,” he added.

On security arrangements, Paine said, "The security that we had on that tour was unlike anything that I've ever seen in my life. We had helicopters overhead. The roads were shut down 5 km around us. Checkpoints were visible after every kilometer.' The Pakistan Cricket Board on Monday announced details of Australia's first tour of Pakistan since 1998. This tour will take place in March-April 2022. The tour will have 3 Test matches, 3 ODIs and one T20 match.
