Senegal defeated Egypt and conquered their first-ever Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON) title on Monday. For the followers of Premier League football, this was a final between two Liverpool FC greats - Sadio Mane and Mohammed Salah. 

The post-match moment between Salah and Mane is winning hearts as the Senegalese tried to console his 'friend' Mohammed Salah as Egypt lost 4-2 on penalties.

Fans around the world like to watch their passing game at Liverpool under Jurgen Klopp, but this time, they both were battling each other for the biggest prize in Africa - The AFCON 2021.

None of them scored from open play for 90 minutes + extra time, although Sadio Mane missed a penalty in the seventh minute of the match. The match went to penalties and the result was as follows:
