- 5 Piece Potato (peeled and cut in thin strips)
- 2 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour
- 0.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 0.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 2 Piece Green Chilli (slit)
- 1 Piece Capsicum (small, chopped)
- 2 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce
- 0.5 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
- 0.5 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- 1 Piece Onion (chopped)
- Fresh Coriander

Cooking Instructions
Prepare Potatoes: Cut the potatoes in thin strips and soak them in water for 10-15 minutes. This step will remove all the extra starch. Drain the water and pat dry with towel.
Coating: Take a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and red chilli powder. Toss in the potatoes and coat them evenly.
Frying: Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated potatoes. Wait for them till they get crispy and golden brown. Once done, take them out from pan and set aside on paper towel to drain excess oil.
Prepare Sauce: Take another pan, heat sesame seeds. Add in chopped onion, green chillies, and capsicum. Saute all these ingredients for a minute.
Adding Remaining Ingredients: Add in ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, chilli sauce, honey, vinegar, and tomato ketchup. Cook for 2-3 minutes and wait till the sauce thickens up.
Combine: Add the crispy, fried potatoes into the pan and toss so that they are coated well with the sauce.
