Ingredients

  • 1 Piece Broccoli (cut in florets)
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Miso Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • Green Onion

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Blanch The Broccoli: Take a pot, add water to it and bring it to boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes till they are bright green in colour. Drain the water and rinse with cold water.

Step 2

Prepare The Dressing: Take a small bowl, add in sesame oil, miso paste, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and honey or maple syrup. Whisk all the ingredients together.

Step 3

Assembling: In a large bowl, add the cooled broccoli and dressing, Toss well to coat the broccoli properly.

Step 4

Garnish: Top the salad with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Step 5

Serve: Enjoy the salad immediately or chill in fridge for about 15 minutes.
